The Adventures of Caroline and the Mouse | Kate & Mickey World Travel

Back when I started my Disney recaps, I mentioned Kate - the best unmentioned Princess of Disney. Just kidding, she's not an actual Disney Princess... but she should be! She planned our trip, start to finish, and I cannot sing her praises enough.

The Adventures of Caroline and the Mouse | Hollywood Studios

On our last day at Disney we headed to Hollywood Studios! By now, we'd caught on to the fact that if we didn't take advantage of the fast passes we wouldn't be able to ride any rides - the lines were just too long (#ThanksSpringBreakers). So, we made it a point to stick to the schedule.

The Adventures of Caroline and the Mouse | Animal Kingdom

After spending the majority of the day at the Magic Kingdom, we headed to the Animal Kingdom. I love the zoo and animals, so I was a little bit giddy about heading here. It was late in the day so we had high hopes that all of the animals would be out and we were not disappointed!

The Adventures of Caroline and the Mouse | Magic Kingdom

On our first full day at Disney, we headed to the Magic Kingdom. This is the park that everyone thinks of.... this is the Happiest Place on Earth. I, surprisingly, was super giddy to be there!

The Adventures of Caroline and the Mouse | Epcot

Our trip was heavily influenced and organized by Kate via Mickey World Travel. I cannot tell you how incredible she is, but I surely will try! In an upcoming post, I will explain what she did and how it was super helpful to my family as we tried to tackle this beast called Disney!

In the fall, my parents started expressing interest in taking Caroline "to see Mickey," for her first birthday. Mark and I talked about it... and thought it was ridiculous! Disney?! For a one-year-old?! Eventually, we agreed (with a stipulation, but more on that later) and surprised them with a gift on Christmas telling them that The Adventures of Caroline and the Mouse was a go!
