Wanderlust Wednesday

+21 Day Fix approved pancakes
 
2 eggs
1 banana
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
 
Add fruit or dark chocolate chips & 1 tsp of pure maple syrup to batter or just eat them plain! 
Mmm, mmm, mmmmmm!  
 
Mix everything in the blender & that's it! Cook them up on a griddle or skillet.
Makes 6 pancakes.
21 Day Fix Portions (for 3 pancakes): 1/4 yellow, ½ red, 1 purple
